Consumer magazines must acquire loyal and satisfied customers in order to be successful in the market. The article examines the relationship between customer loyalty and content quality and their significance for both magazine managers and scholars. The gual of the study is to identify factors of consumer satisfaction that are related to customer loyaty in the magazine industry. This study of Greek magazine consumers shows that the content quality of magazine and customer satisfaction are positively related to customer loyalty to a magazine.
